In need of help!!!

Hi my name is Jay and I recently bought a Raven St and it is a great truck to play with. I also bought a new ESC box and am having difficulty trying to get my new box to work properly. I went from a min of 15 turn to a 12 turn and my motor for now is a 19 turn. I thought I had everything figured out but then again and also my motor does not turn over unless it has a little push from me and if it stops then I have to go and get it. But hey thats the fun of it. eh
